What a reveal buys
One Mainstayer’s email address, phone number and portfolio link, yours for good once spent. Opening the same record again in a later period costs nothing and shows on your ledger as a line with no charge against it. Subscribing spends nothing on its own: a reveal comes off your 100 only when you open a record.
What stays free
Everything else. Every record, every rate, every twelve-week check record is readable without an account and without a card. The wall is on contact, not on looking — a free reader sees exactly the page a subscriber sees, minus three lines.
What is not sold
Placement. Freelancers pay nothing, ever — no listing fee, no featured slot, no commission, no percentage.
Who may buy
Clients outside the European Union, and inside it businesses that can produce a VAT number which validates. An EU customer without one cannot subscribe, and checkout says so.

The country you gave and the country your card and connection point at do not agree, so nothing has been charged. Check the billing country matches the card, and press again.

An EU customer can subscribe as a business with a VAT number that validates. Submit the number below first; nothing has been charged.

VIES usually answers in seconds, sometimes longer. Checkout opens the moment it validates, and nothing is charged before then.
That VAT number did not validate
VIES did not confirm it. Check it against the registration and submit it again; an EU customer without a validating number cannot subscribe.

One subscription per account, and yours is live. Cancelling and re-subscribing is done from the billing portal.

It did not look like a VAT number, or the validator refused its shape. Nothing has been charged.
Two fields: the country your card is billed in, and its postcode. Card details are never typed on this site — the press hands you to Stripe’s own page and hands you back here.
Subscribing starts with a sign-in link. A subscription belongs to an account, and if you are not signed in the press emails you a link that makes one. There is no password to choose, and the link brings you back to this form with both fields still filled in.
An EU business subscribes in two presses. A VAT number is validated through VIES by Stripe, asynchronously. Submit the number here first; checkout opens the moment it validates, and nothing is charged against a number that has not.
The allowance
The 100 are bought at the start of each period and belong to that period. They do not roll over, and running out charges you nothing: contact locks until the period turns, and nothing else changes — the register stays open and every contact you have already revealed stays printed on its record.
12 reveals a day is the working limit on every account, and the count clears at 00:00 UTC.
There is no top-up pack. There is no annual prepay, no seat count, no volume tier and no enterprise plan.
Cancelling
Cancel any time. The period you have paid for runs to its end and then nothing renews. Contacts you revealed stay revealed.
If a payment fails
Your card is retried, and your reveals keep working until the last retry finishes. This is what that notice looks like:

What the money is not
It is access to a directory. We are not a party to anything you agree with anyone on it, we hold none of the money, and we take no percentage of it. There is no messaging here, no proposals, no bidding, no milestones and no ratings; from the moment you have someone’s address you are dealing with them directly. The terms say the same thing in the same words.
That is one of three shapes this market is sold in, and the other two charge on the work rather than on the access. Directory, marketplace or agency sets the three side by side with each vendor’s own published fees, and reaches the cases where a marketplace or an agency is the better answer.
Tax
Prices are in US dollars. Where VAT or an equivalent applies it is added at checkout and shown before you confirm, and the invoice states the treatment applied. The privacy page says what evidence of that is kept and why it outlives the charge.
