How it works
Browse. Reveal. Contact them directly.
Five steps, and only one of them costs anything. Nothing between you and the freelancer passes through us.
01
You browse, free, without an account
Every record on the register is readable by anyone: the rate, the hours free, what they work in, what they have shipped, and their twelve-week check record. No sign-up wall, no email gate, no trial.
Every list you can reach is filtered to people confirmed active this week. A profile that goes quiet leaves the list.
02
You compare across a line, not down a stack of cards
A heading like Shopify developers prints its whole roster on one grid — name, rate, hours free, whether they are taking work, when they were last seen, and their check record.
Sorting is four real links: hours free, rate, last seen, newest. There is nothing to configure.
03
You open a record and read all of it
Their own description in their own words — we never write one and never rewrite one — their disciplines, their tools, their work samples, and the particulars a buyer checks. Opening a record is free.
Three lines are not on that page: the email address, the phone number and the portfolio link. They are not in the page at all until a reveal is spent.
04
You spend one reveal
A reveal prints those three lines on that record, and they stay printed for good. Opening the same person again in a later period costs nothing and shows on your ledger as a line with no charge against it.
Nothing else on the site is metered. Running out of reveals locks contact and changes nothing else: the wall is on contact and not on looking.
05
You deal with them directly
From that point we are not involved. No messaging, no proposals, no bidding, no milestones, no ratings, and no commission on whatever the two of you agree. The scope, the price and the schedule are yours to settle.
Do the ordinary things: talk before you commit, start small, and pay through a method you can trace.
What verified means
Every profile is read against a published standard before it appears — seven numbered clauses, printed in full, with what decides each one. Every record then prints which clauses it cleared and when. Anything unclear is held, not published.
What the check is
Every week a profile has to show a sign of life — a sign-in, an edit, or a reply to the one email we send. Miss a week and the profile drops out of every list a client sees.
The price
$49 a month buys 100 reveals. One tier, no commission, no per-hire fee, no markup on anyone’s rate and no top-up pack. Cancel any time; the contacts you already revealed stay yours. The pricing page writes out the whole of it, including what happens when a payment fails. Access is sold outside the European Union, and inside it to businesses with a VAT number that validates.
From the other side
A freelancer joins by filling in one form and is never charged anything — no listing fee, no featured placement, no commission, no percentage. Their profile is read against the same published standard before it appears, they verify their identity against a government-issued document, and anything unclear is held with the reason written out rather than published.
After that it is one answer a week, and the standard prints the bar they were read against in full.
What a check does not say
A check says a profile was read against a written bar and that the person answered a check this week. It is not an endorsement and it is not an identity guarantee. How we verify sets out exactly what the checks do, what they cannot do, and what happens when one fails.
